A. If the porting process on the specified date is unsuccessful due to incorrect document submission, you'll receive an email notification from iTalkBB. Follow the instructions in the email to reapply. Your phone number will still be retained with your previous telecom company, and it won't be lost. However, since you're still using the service from your previous company, you might be charged monthly fees. Therefore, it's recommended to allow ample time for the porting process and ensure the provided information is accurate.
Q. When will the application take effect after I apply? Do I need to notify my current telecom company?
A. The number porting application will typically take 3 to 7 business days to process with major telecom companies. Once the porting is successful, you will receive an email notification from iTalkBB. You don't need to notify your current telecom company. Once you complete the registration, iTalkBB will handle the remaining procedures and perform the porting on the specified date.
Q. This plan doesn't require a physical SIM card. How do I make calls and receive text messages?
A. You need to download the iTalkBB Prime APP from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. After successful login, you can use the app to make/receive calls and send/receive text messages.
